Exciting times are ahead for Dockleys as we move to our new office on Kingsland Road in the London Borough of Hackney.
Why move to Hackney?
Everyone wants to live in Hackney. (Even the people who say they don’t secretly do.) It’s easy to see why: it combines a great location with a great atmosphere. There are loads of independent shops and cool places to meet your friends…but you can get to work in the City and Docklands really easily too. Newcomers to London can feel a bit lost and anchorless, but moving somewhere with a community feel makes the transition a lot easier.
Why Kingsland Road?
Kingsland Road is a great location for an East London estate agent like me. The new office will have Hoxton and Shoreditch on one side and Haggerston and Dalston on the other. I owe it to my clients to be where they are – even in the internet age, meeting your estate agent in person is still the easiest way of doing business.
I feel that having an office and being a real live estate agent with a name is more important than ever.
