Accurate pricing is the most important factor when you’re selling your house or apartment. Price it too high or too low and buyers will be put off. Fortunately, an estate agent with good local knowledge will understand why houses in a particular postcode fetch the prices they do, including the reasons why neighbouring properties have sold with incredible price differences! This understanding enables estate agents to value the property accurately and deliver a quick sale for the right price.
