Not only is it nearly the end of the 2020/21 financial year but it is also almost exactly a year since England first went into lockdown. It’s been an incredible time – many of us have struggled with the effects of the pandemic, but many of us have seized opportunities and emerged stronger. I’m very proud to say that Dockleys has thrived in spite of all the turbulence – now we’re in a stronger position to support those looking to buy, sell and rent property than ever before.

New service: online property auctions

We are delighted to be offering online property auctions in addition to the conventional methods of selling property. The auctions we have hosted so far have seen a great deal of interest, proving that this is the right service for the current climate.

New service: property search

We’ve seen a lot of interest in our home counties properties, with many people looking to move from London to Essex and Hertfordshire in search of more space. To help with this process, we are now offering a full property search service. Now, when we sell a London property, we can help those sellers to find new homes in Hertfordshire and Essex.

Dockleys is thriving in Hertfordshire as well as London and we have built up a great portfolio of home counties properties. And because we have offices on both sides of the M25, we have teams of local experts ready to provide property searches for those wanting to move out of London as well as those wanting to move into it.

A vote of thanks

No business had a smooth ride in the last year and I don’t take Dockleys’ success for granted. The fact that we have been able to grow during the pandemic is entirely due to Dockleys’ fantastic team of estate agents, support staff, property managers and maintenance crews. It’s been a very busy time but everyone has been really committed – I’ve been proud to work with you!
