Embassy Gardens is at the heart of Nine Elms, the central London riverside neighbourhood whose revitalisation, masterplanned by Sir Terry Farrell, has been described by the Mayor of London as possibly the most important regeneration story in London and in the UK over the next twenty years. The architectural style is distinctive, with apartments standing amongst landscaped public squares, parks and spectacular gardens. Amenities of the highest standard include the private Eagle club with its own library and gym, the world-famous Sky Pool, as well as a spa, cinema and business facilities.
With the relocation of both the US and Dutch embassies to this area, directly across the river from Pimlico, and the nearby regeneration of Battersea Power Station, Embassy Gardens is the centrepiece of the last great new district in the centre of London. It set record sales values during phase 1, and the second phase is set to deliver even further value growth. The project as a whole will include up to 1,750 new homes and over 20,000 sq m of office and flexible workspace spread over eight building plots rising up to 23 storeys in height.
